Three Mountains Yellow Sriracha, like other srirachas, contains a short list of ingredients: yellow chili peppers, sugar, garlic, vinegar (coconut sugar), and salt.

This corresponds to traditional sriracha recipes. Chili peppers, sugar, and garlic are the main ingredients. If you enjoy the taste of popular srirachas, such as Huy Fong’s renowned rooster sauce, you’ll adore the taste of Three Mountains Yellow Sriracha.

The taste of the yellow chilies is rich, fiery, and naturally sweet, and it strikes you right in the face. The sugar then doubles down on the sweetness in the middle of the bite, and the garlic provides a wonderful sweet-pungent taste as well.

This isn’t a vinaigrette-heavy sauce (no srirachas are). The tanginess (from coconut sugar vinegar) is subtle, much more so than in other sriracha hot sauce options. It never becomes too spicy, and the sweetness that makes this hot sauce so special is never overshadowed by the fire.


Three Mountains Yellow Sriracha Sauce has a variety of applications due to its mild heat and sweetness. Ramen, grilled (or fried) chicken, and tofu go well together.
